Configuring Couple Booking

Full Couple booking allows a customer to book an appointment for two people — JoomBook automatically assigns two staff members.
This feature is available from the Full Plan onwards.
Enabling Couple Booking for a Service
- Open the service under JoomBook → Services
- Scroll to the Capacity card
- Set the Appointment Type to 2 – Couple / Pair - this alone activates couple booking
- Click Save
How Couple Booking Works
- Customer books a service with couple booking enabled in the wizard
- JoomBook searches for two available staff members who offer the service and are both free in the same time slot
- Both staff members are automatically assigned
- Both receive separate booking notifications
- The customer receives a confirmation with both staff member names
Requirement: At least 2 staff members must be available who offer the service and are both free in the same time slot. If two staff members are not simultaneously available, the slot is not offered.
