ICS Calendar Attachment

Pro JoomBook can attach an ICS file to booking confirmations. Customers can then import the appointment into their calendar with a single click.
This feature is available from the Pro Plan onwards.
Enabling the ICS Attachment
- Navigate to JoomBook → Settings → E-Mail Notifications
- Enable the option "Calendar File Attachment (.ics)"
- Click Save
From now on, every booking confirmation email will include a appointment.ics file. This can be opened with:
- Google Calendar
- Apple Calendar (iOS & macOS)
- Microsoft Outlook
- Thunderbird
- Any other iCalendar-compatible application
