Activating Your License Key

To unlock Pro or Full features, you purchase the corresponding license and then enter your license key in the JoomBook settings. The Free plan does not require a license key.
Obtaining Your License Key
Once you have purchased a Pro or Full subscription, you receive a license key by email. This section explains how to use that license key to upgrade your plan and thereby unlock additional features.
Entering Your License Key
- Navigate to JoomBook → Settings → License
- Enter your license key in the "License Key" field
- Click "Validate / Refresh License"
- On success, your plan, expiry date and status are displayed
- Click "Save"
What Happens After Activation?
- JoomBook validates the key against the license server
- The features of your chosen plan are unlocked immediately
Renewing Your License
Your subscription renews automatically through the payment provider. Your license key stays valid and unchanged - there is nothing new to enter. In the License tab you can use "Validate / Refresh License" at any time to refresh the current status and expiry date.
